Patio Furniture Covers – Warranty
- Curtains and Covers provides a wide array of products and materials each with different warranties. Please ask your sales person for warranties based on your specific quote.
- Online shopping cart items will have the warranty called out on the page at the top or the bottom.
- Curtains and Covers are not made for road transportation / travel as that is not their intended use. Any warranty arising from such damage will not be considered.
- Stated warranties are from shipment date to the original owner.
Other Product Warranty Conditions
- Curtains and Covers guarantees that its Vinyl Patio Furniture Covers are free from mistakes in how they’re made to this extent: If you let Curtains and Covers know about any problems with how it’s made or the materials within 2-5 years of when you ordered it, the company will either fix or replace the cover, depending on what works best, to get rid of the issue.
- Curtains and Covers guarantee that its Patio Furniture and Industrial Covers are made well and with good materials up to a certain point. If there are any problems with how they’re made or the materials used, and you tell Curtains and Covers within 3 years of ordering, they’ll either fix or replace them to get rid of the issue.
General Warranty Conditions
- In no event will the cost of this obligation exceed the net selling price of the item as covered by your invoice.
- Warranties apply only under conditions of normal use and does not apply to defects which result from negligence, misuse, unapproved modification, or accidents.
- THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTS ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The Company’s liability with respect to its installation shall not exceed that expressly set forth above, irrespective of the theory upon which any claim might be based, including breach of contract, warranty, negligence or strict liability in tort, and under no circumstance shall the company be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
- Curtains and Covers’ responsibility and obligation under this agreement is limited to the exchange of any defective part which may be returned and which proves defective. This warranty does not include the loss of business, cost of labor, damages or other miscellaneous expenses incurred in serving the unit.
Terms and Conditions for Missing or Wrong Content
- You need to tell The EXCEL about any missing or incorrect items within 90 days. This is the time limit for us to report the issue to the shipping carriers.
- If your order is missing the quoted content or if you think something is missing, you should let The EXCEL know right away, before you start the installation.
- Don’t set up your order because it might have to be sent back for fixing or to add anything that’s missing.
- The EXCEL will not be responsible for any costs linked to missing or unquoted content, no matter what the situation.
- The expense for this responsibility will never be more than the item’s net selling price mentioned in your invoice.
- Under no circumstances should any expenses be subtracted from a The EXCEL invoice if the customer uses non-The EXCEL personnel to fix, repair, or install content that was not included, missing, or defective, without the clear written approval of a The EXCEL representative.
