When You Can Return a Product
If a product fails to meet specifications or doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the option to initiate a return. The product should be unused and returned in its original packaging to qualify as new. Should you wish to return the cover, please get in touch with us? Once we receive the product, we will promptly process a full refund, within a maximum of 10 working days. Alternatively, you have the choice to receive a replacement product.
When You Can't Return a Product
Custom made products that meet specific specifications as per custom orders are non-returnable. Due to their personalized nature, custom-made products cannot be refunded, as they are created on demand, and their unique features make them unsuitable for reuse or resale. We advise thorough measurement and careful consideration before placing a custom order to ensure satisfaction. Please measure twice because we fabricate and ship only once.
Procedures for Returns
- Please initiate contact with us to obtain a “Return Goods Authorization” (RGA) before sending any returns, as this is necessary for us to efficiently handle your return request.
- If the return of goods is feasible because the item is a standard stocked product, we will provide a refund or exchange within (10) days from the shipment date. This excludes any applicable shipping, insurance, restocking charges (if applicable), or other relevant charges.
- If you are dissatisfied with the received product, kindly contact us promptly via phone or email. This will allow us to address your concerns and explore options for a refund or replacement.
- If you’ve made up your mind that you don’t want the products after they’ve been shipped but before they arrive, please don’t reject the delivery. If you refuse the merchandise, you’ll be responsible for any costs associated with its return.
- If you send back items without getting an “RGA” (as mentioned earlier), you’ll get a credit on the original buyer’s account instead of a money refund. The product needs to be brand new, unused, and in its original condition.
Damages
Damaged Products
- If the product is damaged or not working properly, please contact us to talk about how to return it.
- If you get items that are damaged, let the delivery driver know right away.
- Sign the shipping document as “products damaged,” whether you paid for the shipping or it’s being collected from you.
Freight
Cargo Terms
- For Custom Quotes, shipping costs will be added after the order is shipped unless you’ve mentioned a specific shipping carrier or there’s a shipping amount mentioned in your quote. This follows the industry standard called Prepaid and Add, (where the shipper pays the cargo company and then bills the customer for the actual delivery charge after it’s shipped.)
- The shipping cost for products in the Online Shopping Cart will be shown when you check out.
Cancellations
General Policy
You can cancel orders before we start fabricating them. If the product is custom and we’ve already started making it, we’ll decide if any part can be saved. If stocked products like hardware have been shipped, you can return them, but there’s a 15% restocking fee and you need to cover the shipping costs. If you cancel an order bought with a credit card and its worth more than €2000, there’s a 3% processing fee.

- Curtains and Covers can decide not to fulfill an order for any reason and we won’t be responsible for any losses you might have because of it.
- Curtains and Covers are not designed for use during road transportation or travel, as that’s not what they are meant for. We won’t consider any warranty claims for damage that occurs during such use.
